LAY-BY: We are now very happy to offer clients the option of lay-by. When you place an order over the Internet there will be a section where you can make clients comments. Simply state here you would like to lay-by and will email you back within 24 hours confirming your order and your lay-by payments. You can take up to two months to pay and  on receiving your final payment your order will dispatched the next day. The initial deposit must be 25% of total order.

Printable Catalogue: We have included an on line printable order form for your convenience. Simply fill out the order form with appropriate payment (cheque, money order or credit card ) and phone, fax or mail your order through. Please take advantage of the printable order form to complete your order in the way that best suits your personal choice.

How Long Will It Take to Receive My Order?: You will notice that each product has an estimated "Ship Time" in the far right column of the order graph. Worst case scenarios are always listed as the ship times, and rarely does it take that long to arrive, but we don't want to promise something that we cannot deliver. Quantities & Stock change so rapidly that we cannot continuously update shipping times on our web-site, hence the wide gap in time (i.e. 2-4 weeks). If you are concerned about an arrival date, please call or e-mail us for a definite shipping time. All shipments are sent via Australian Post.

Returns Policy: To return any item please contact Playscapes by email or at 61 3 5678 7667 first for instructions & approval. All product concerns, damages, and defects are to be dealt with by Playscapes. We use extra care in packing your order so please check your order for damaged or missing items as soon as they arrive and contact us immediately. (Our cut off limit for notification of missing/defective items is 7 days local, 14 days international orders) Any item received damaged or defective may be exchanged for a new one, however, if Playscapes are unable to replace this item, due to lack of availability, your purchase & incurred shipping charges will be refunded. Playscapes that are custom made orders( client requests personal alternative colours, design etc..) are not refundable.

Installation Instructions: 'Playscapes'  wall murals are light weight yet durable .Although they are light (example: aeroplane=6oz(180gm), dolphin=6oz(180gm), cloud weighs 12oz(380gm)It is very important they are installed correctly. Firstly you need to ensure your wall surface is clean (free of dust, grease, flaky paint) and dry. We recommend a low sheen water-based paint as the higher the gloss factor the lower the adhesion ability. Secondly the ideal surface should be smooth and non-porous (standard gyprock/plaster).  Plan your layout carefully prior to adhering by propping items around the room, you may like to use "Blu-tac" to place the smaller items around (ie: daisies, bees, pixies etc..) to get the design to your liking. Finally remove backing tape on the  adhesive pads located on the back of the items and adhere to the wall pressing firmly where the contact points are located. Leave scene for 24 hours to allow full bond strength. Check adhesion in a few days. If you experience any difficulties please contact us for assistance.

Playscapes DO NOT recommend wall murals to be placed on ceilings or above cots, beds etc.

To remove 'Playscapes'wall murals cleanly from your walls simply use a non-toxic adhesive remover such as "De-Solv-it" ( a natural citrus- based adhesive remover) to remove the Velcro and any remaining glue.

Liability Warning:  Before installing 'Playscapes' insure you have clearly read the above Installation Instructions as any item not installed properly or installed on an inappropriate surface (example: uneven surface, ceiling,  dusty etc...)may not achieve full adhesion. For this reason 'Playscapes' accepts no responsibility or liability as the use of this product is beyond our control. All merchandise is sold under this condition.
